Glasgows hosts the 2014 MTV EMA with Nicki Minaj


One of the world's most hotly anticipated annual music events, the 2014 MTV EMA, is set to bring together music fans from around the world to celebrate the year's hottest artists.

Airing across MTV's global network of more than 60 channels reaching nearly 700 million TV households and entertaining the world's interactive community via MTV's +200 digital media properties, the show will be hosted by global hip hop star, Nicki Minaj.

Taking to the stage are internationally-renowned artists Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and UK rock duo, Royal Blood along with record-breaking Scottish-born artist Calvin Harris, breakthrough Brit Charlie XCX and electro-pop songstress Kiesza. Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne will be honoured with the Global Icon Award.

The 2014 MTV EMA will broadcast on MTV channels around the world on Sunday 9th November at 9pm CET from the SSE Hydro in Glasgow.
